vivoveri is intended for personal wellness organization, including tracking supplements and test results. It is not a medical device or healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, predict, or treat a disease and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Do not use the service for emergencies or to decide whether to start, stop, or change a supplement, medicine, test, or treatment. Seek urgent local medical help for emergencies and consult a qualified professional about health decisions.

Your records

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter, for masking personal identifiers from reports before upload, and for having the right to upload files. Do not upload another person's health information without their valid authorization. An account-deletion request immediately blocks access through the app but does not erase stored records or files; permanent deletion timing and the retention policy remain to be decided.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the service is developed. AI-generated overviews and report extraction are informational, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Review extracted results before saving them. No specific result, interpretation, availability, or uptime is guaranteed.

Subscriptions

Access to AI-powered laboratory report extraction and AI wellness overviews requires an active vivoveri Pro subscription (`hj_pro_monthly` or `hj_pro_annual`) in addition to separate AI-processing consent. Core manual tracking, data export, and account deletion remain available without a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless canceled in your store account settings before the renewal date. Deleting your vivoveri account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.

Product catalogue and affiliate links

Product listings and restock links for supplements and healthy foods are provided for convenience only and are not medical recommendations or endorsements. Purchases are completed on third-party or separate merchant websites, which are solely responsible for product fulfillment, quality, shipping, returns, and customer support. The service may receive an affiliate commission from qualifying purchases.
